Mello, I'd prefer to have it be either Staxx or myself. Because I'm a little iffy on this to begin with, because of HC's opinion on wars. So I'll do the stuff on BCTAU......either way we have to wait till Staxx gets back.

How about we organize with a smaller academy? Just to test the waters as members. Then we start working our way up.
I'm going to open up a poll for the first war with three smaller academies. If we do well there, then I'll slowly open up polls for more. DAD, DK and DA will probably be the final ones, as several of our higher members all have close ties to it.
